Prospection - the act or process of looking ahead and actively searching for future opportunities. This piece captures a moment, a feeling, a thought in time, as the subject stares ahead into the unknown with a calm but attentive gaze. Prospection was painted using oils and is part of a wider selection of my portraiture work focused on finding peace and solace.
